The Manager was very friendly and let us check into rooms earlier than expected-we had 4 rooms booked and he managed to let us have 3 before 12 noon. The breakfast and dining staff were very friendly and helpful

The hotel had a great breakfast and the rooms were well maintained. the location was also convenient, with easy access to the beach and local restaurants. Another aspect I enjoyed was the festive decorations during the Christmas season, which added to the holiday spirit.
the heating in the rooms was not working properly, which made for a very uncomfortable and chilly night.

I really like the short distance from the lea's cliff hall and the old style inside -outside from the hotel.
The most important think is the improvement of the bath and the addendum of a fridge.

The hotel is comfortable and clean, the staff are excellent. At breakfast the meal was served promptly by helpfull staff. The view from my room was pleasant.
I would have liked Baked Beans and Hash Browns at breakfast to give more of a sellection, rather than all meat and egg. Otherwise nice meal.

You get what you pay for. It was cheap and cheerful and the location was good. Parking was a little difficult.
If I was paying more then I would have complained about the shower which didn't work properly. I couldn't find a better hotel at such short notice.

We appreciated that the room was spacious and kept immaculately clean during our stay. The breakfast had a good variety of options, fresh fruit and cooked items made to order. the hotel's location was perfect for our business trip, with easy access to nearby offices, restaurants and public transport.
The wifi was unreliable and kept disconnecting frequently during our stay. the noise from the nearby street was quite noticeable at night, which disrupted our sleep.

Please write at least 15 words The location was good for the town centre restaurants and the breakfast was quite good also.
I needed 3 beds and booked a family room-the 3rd bed was really small for an adult or teenage child. The room wasn't big enough for the 3 beds and the bathroom was small also. The decor was dated and it was difficult to get the shower at a reasonable temperature.

The staff were great, so helpful and friendly. My father is disabled and nothing was too much trouble for them. The hotel is a bit shabby but very clean and the breakfast was great.

Breakfast was good and the bedlinnen was clean. Staff was very frendly.
We didn't like the the verry old demolished furniture and not working plumbing in the bathroom.
